This is a “banner” (as opposed to a “flag”). Unlike a flag, this banner is held open using a longer top curved pole. No wind required!

Note: This banner requires a special 16 ft flag pole and the right ground attachment (for example, a “ground spike” is needed as a base to mount the flag pole in grass.
