This is an American made flag of our toughest, most durable nylon fabric. Each of the stripes is sewn to the next. The 12×18 inch flag is printed all others are sewn.
Who were the Sons of Liberty?
The Sons of Liberty organizations formed prior to the Revolution to combat violations of American Colonists’ autonomy. The stripes on their banners symbolically depicted the protesting colonies, starting with those who battled the notorious Stamp Act imposed by the British Parliament in 1765. Benedict Arnold, a businessman and eventual Continental Army General followed by a traitorous stint in the British Army, was a prominent member.

There is a one inch double fold around the edges, with two rows of stitching on the edges. The fly edge has four rows of stitching, and the fly end corners have additional reinforced stitching. The grommets are solid brass.
You won’t find nylon flags with higher tensile and tear strength, yet these fly very well in the wind. This flag has excellent strength retention under UV exposure, and high resistance to UV fading. The colors are deeper, brighter and last over time, due to the aniline dyeing process.
